Terms of Service - Updated July 15, 2007

1. Payments, Refunds, and Exchanges
1a. Payments may be made by Paypal only (no eChecks, no Money Orders)
1b. When purchasing from RPGItems.net, You are paying for the account name and password to a "mule account" with the item(s) requested in it. You are paying for the time and effort we have invested in the process of acquiring the item(s) by playing the game or by trading with other players.
1c. We do not have the same items on each realm therefore we will not be able to exchange "wrong realm" purchases.
1d. We reserve the right to deny payments from suspicious buyers.
1e. All sales are final. 2. Orders & Delivery
2a. Delivery time is usually within 12 hours after payment is made. If it has been more than 12 hours since you have paid and you have not received your mule account information, It is likely that your Junk Mail filters are blocking our emails. Make sure you include an alternate contact method (i.e. AOL/MSN/Yahoo Messengers, Battle.net Username) when paying to ensure the quickest delivery.
2b. Orders must be placed by clicking the appropriate links on our website which will redirect you to Paypals website where you can complete your order.
2c. In the unlikely event of a package being oversold, we will consider the item(s) to be sold to the first paying customer. A refund will be provided to the other buyer.
2d. After payment is received, The item(s) requested will be placed on a temporary "mule account" and the account information will be sent to your Paypal email address unless you include a note with payment to send it to a different address.
2e. If in-game delivery is needed, you should include a note with payment with your Battle.net account name and an approximate time you can be reached and we can help you transfer the item(s) to your account. 3. Liability & Indemnification
3a. By purchasing from us, You agree that you indemnify us against any loss of item(s) due to, but not limited to, hacks, lag, rollbacks, patches, scams, and trojans.
3b. Items marked as "UNPERM" must be "temporarily permed" when leaving a game. "Temporary perming" instructions will be provided upon request.
3c. All item(s) remain the property and ownership of Blizzard Entertainment.
